A child’s bed and high chair can be provided on request. The apartment features one bedroom, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with filter coffee maker (filters provided). Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, a TV (French channels only), garden furniture, sun loungers, and a private barbecue for outdoor meals. Enjoy the private garden and open terrace, perfect for relaxing or dining outside with the barbecue. Shared on-site parking for one vehicle is available. Parties and events are not allowed on the property. Just 100 m from the marina and 300 m from the beach with supervised swimming in July and August. Five supervised beaches are around the lake. Hiking trails are accessible from the property. Pizzeria and fast food at the beach. Tennis and pétanque courts are just meters away. Vassivière Island, with its contemporary art center, lighthouse, sculpture park, and bread oven, awaits you. 12 km from Eymoutiers, Peyrat-le-Château, or Royère-de-Vassivière, you'll find all shops and services, including charging stations for electric vehicles.
